Depicting one such public sector case study, Manish says we developed and implemented the MIS which incorporated the publicly available touch-kiosks. We leveraged our technology across variety of projects, including population control analysis, tax recovery, and water sewerage system analysis.
We offer our services in telecom and BFSI also. Our telecom solutions focus on serving the customer with reducing enterprise risk. The major problem that telecoms face today remains the customer data management. We help to speed customer response time. We determine and optimize RF coverage, select retail sites and segment customers. BFSI has always been a huge market for us. With our world class range of solutions we help our customers to build relationships with their customers. Pitney Bowes software MapInfo MapX and Professional solutions are used to visually display and analyze location based data to make informed decisions about customer service.
Sharing a case study for BFSI segment, Manish iterated how they helped the bank to meet their business challenge. The main challenge that was faced by the concerned BFSI entity was to increase customer lifetime value and provide real customer experience by optimizing every contact with mass-affluent customers. Our solutions remained customer focused. We implemented our Portrait suite solution with their wealth management CRM. This benefited the bank to gain 35 percent increase in revenues, 55 percent improvement in client satisfaction, 14 percent improvement in agent productivity over a period of 16 week implementation cycle. The greatest benefit was an incremental increase in the customer retention.
